When we look at where the most activity happened last year, Passero Ridge and Cirrus Pointe were the clear favorites. These areas are in “high demand.” Here is how the numbers looked for our busiest spots:

• Cirrus Pointe: This was a very close second, with 60 homes sold during the year.
The Premium Choice: Sienna Hills
Sienna Hills is the “peak” of the neighborhood when it comes to home values. The typical price for a home here was the highest of all four areas, coming in at $581,850.
This neighborhood is also a top pick for people who have several vehicles or need room for hobbies.
