When we look at where the most activity happened last year, Passero Ridge and Cirrus Pointe were the clear favorites. These areas are in “high demand.” Here is how the numbers looked for our busiest spots:
• Passero Ridge: This neighborhood led the whole group with 62 homes sold.
• Cirrus Pointe: This was a very close second, with 60 homes sold during the year.

The Premium Choice: Sienna Hills

Sienna Hills is the “peak” of the neighborhood when it comes to home values. The typical price for a home here was the highest of all four areas, coming in at $581,850.
This neighborhood is also a top pick for people who have several vehicles or need room for hobbies.
Did you know? Homes in Sienna Hills offer the most space for your cars. They have an average garage capacity of 4 cars, which is perfect if you need a workshop or extra storage!

Space for the Whole Family: Cedar Crossing and Cirrus Pointe

If your family needs more bedrooms and a larger layout, Cedar Crossing and Cirrus Pointe are the two neighborhoods you should look at first. Here is how they offer more room for your family to grow:
• Most Indoor Space: If you want the most room inside the house, Cedar Crossing is the winner. It had the largest typical home size at 2,259 square feet.
• Largest Yards: If you prefer a big yard for playing, gardening, or a swing set, Cirrus Pointe is the best choice. It offers the largest typical lot size at over a quarter-acre (0.252 acres).
